賽事目的Objectives
太陽腎心健康慈善跑是愛心力量一年一度的焦點活動，藉此宣揚腎心健康，同時亦加強大眾對腎病患者的關注。活動籌得的款項將捐贈愛心力量中原慈善洗腎中心，資助腎病病人洗血，以及用作關懷病友，健康教育等項目。
The race is an annual highlight event of Power Of Love to promote heart and kidney health, as well as raise public awareness about caring for patients with renal failure. The money raised will go to POLCCF Dialysis Centre to support and subsidize renal failure patients as well as initiating health education projects.
愛心大步走The Big Run
愛心大步走是一項別開生面的3公里賽跑。參賽者將穿上充氣服裝一同競賽，今年我們化身相撲手，齊齊大步走！參賽費用已包括充氣服 (整套服裝將全歸你擁有！)
The Big Run is a 3km charity fun run in inflatable suits. This year we will all gather up running as Sumo! The registration fee covers the cost of the Sumo Suit (which is yours to keep!)

10公里、5公里、3公里 (烏溪沙青年新村 < -- > 馬鞍山海濱長廊 , 雙子橋)
10 km、5 km、3km ( Wu Kai Sha Youth Village < -- > Ma On Shan Waterfront Promenade , Twin Bridge )
參賽資格Eligibility
個人Individual 10 km / 5km : 只要你是年滿12歲或以上都歡迎參加這項賽事。Everyone aged 12 or above is welcome to join the race.
男女混合隊Mixed Team 10 km : 年滿12歲或以上的任何人士便可參加。三人一隊，隊中須有男及女選手。Everyone aged 12 or above is welcome. Each team has 3 runners and must consist of both male and female runners
愛心大步走The Big Run 3km : 參賽者需年滿16歲或以上。You must have reached 16 or above in order to join this race.
獎項Awards
個人Individual 10 km / 5km :
各年齡組別首三名之男女，分別可獲港幣800元、400元、200元及獎盃一個。
The top three males and females in each category will be awarded HK$800, HK$400 and HK$200 respectively, along with a trophy.
男女混合隊Mixed Team 10 km :
冠軍可獲港幣1,000元，亞軍可獲港幣800元，季軍可獲港幣500元及獎盃一個。
The champion, first and second runner-up of relay teams will be awarded HK$1,000, HK$800 and HK$500 respectively, along with a trophy.
愛心大步走The Big Run 3km :
全場總名次首三名之男女，分別可獲港幣800元、400元、200元及獎盃一個。頭三名最高籌款選手將獲頒獎狀。
The top three males and females will be awarded HK$800, HK$400 and HK$200 respectively, along with a trophy. Top 3 fundraisers will be awarded certificate.

費用Fees
個人 Individual 10 km / 5km :
報名費為港幣200元 (12-15歲參賽者報名費為港幣180元) 。
Registration for the race costs HK$200 (HK$180 for youth aged 12-15).
男女混合隊Mixed Team 10 km :
報名費為每隊港幣600元。
Registration fee is HK$600 per team.
愛心大步走The Big Run :
如欲參加愛心大步走，你必須籌款最少港幣680元。鼓勵你多籌善款，我們特設獎項嘉許籌款最高的參賽者！
If you signed up for the Big Run, you must raise at least HK$680 - please go on to exceed this margin and win the top fundraisers award !
報名一經確認，報名費將不獲發還及不得轉讓。
The registration fee is non-refundable or transferable upon approval of application.
參賽確認Confirmation
報名後的兩週內你將會收到電郵或手機短訊通知確認參賽席位。確認的選手將於2015年3月初收到由大會寄出的跑手包領取通知書。如你於3月4日前仍未收到有關電郵或信件，請致電8102 0082或電郵致[email protected]查詢。
跑手包內有T恤、號碼布、計時晶片及充氣服裝 (愛心大步走) 。所有晶片及參賽編號均不得轉讓。
You will receive a confirmation email / sms within two weeks after registration. All successful applicants will receive runner’s pack collection letters by email / post during early March of 2015.
If you do not receive the letter by 4 March, 2015, please call our hotline at 8102 0082 or email [email protected] for assistance.
The pack includes T-shirt, race number bibs, timing chips and inflatable suit (The Big Run). All timing chips and race numbers are not transferable.

義工招募Become a volunteer
除了參與競跑，你也可以成為義工參與其中，協助選手安全有序享受賽事，並沿途為一眾選手打打氣，親身見證過百位相撲手大步走的壯觀場面。歡迎聯絡我們登記成為義工。
We need volunteer stewards in the route to help and cheer along our runners. Please come along and watch your local race - we love spectators and hundreds of inflatable Sumos are quite a sight! Please get in touch with us if you're interested.
